ProOnGo Expense utilizes what is known as a two-way sync, meaning the mobile application and the Web Portal are both able to update each other with new information. Although this seems like a common sense, standard feature for all mobile applications, especially expense-tracking, most applications aren’t able to boast that they’ve extended this feature to all of their mobile platforms.

No matter if you’re on your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone, you’ll get the fully-functioning ProOnGo experience. You’re able to record your expenses, view your employee expenses, make modifications, approve or deny the expenses, create expense reports and sync to your accounting system.



Never lose an expense

Whether you record your expenses on your mobile device or on the ProOnGo Web Portal, your expenses are always backed up so you’ll never lose another expense.

If you’ve gotten a new mobile device, you easily restore your previous expenses to your new device under Options->Expense Data.
