If you subscribed to a ProOnGo package that included a trial period, any charges incurred thereafter are non-refundable. For example, if you subscribed to 5 Business Lite packages and decided within the refund period to cancel all 5, we can only honor your refund request for 1 of the packages; the other 4 will be cancelled, but not refunded.Does ProOnGo charge me automatically, just for downloading the application?
No. Only you can initiate a subscription to ProOnGo. We can't initiate a paid subscription on your behalf. The only way that a paid subscription is initiated is if you check out via a PayPal or Google Checkout button, or through an in-app iTunes purchase.Can ProOnGo initiate a paid subscription for me, if I ask?
We have no ability or means to initiate a subscription on your behalf, except by you explicitly clicking through a PayPal or Google Checkout button, or by clicking on an in-app iTunes purchase in our iPhone app. In each of these systems (PayPal, Google Checkout, iTunes), we are only a "listener" when it comes to subscription sign-ups; we're notified when a subscription sign-up occurs, so that we can properly credit your account. Merchants like ProOnGo cannot initiate payments or subscriptions from your account, because payment providers know that such a feature would be abused by unscrupulous individuals and companies. So, if you call or email and ask us to initiate a subscription on your behalf, we'll still need you to click through a PayPal, Google Checkout, or iTunes in-app purchase button; we have no other way of getting the process started.When I was billed, it was for a different amount than I was expecting. The best starting point is for you to log into www.PayPal.com or checkout.google.com to review the full record of what you subscribed to and when. You can cancel your subscriptions in those systems directly, or by logging into the ProOnGo.com web portal, clicking on the 'Settings' tab, then clicking the Cancel Subscription link. Then go to our subscription page to pick out the package you intended to sign up for.I was billed for ProOnGo services, but I never signed up for ProOnGo services. Can you help?
First, we recommend asking anyone else in your family or business that have access to your PayPal or Google Checkout credentials. If neither you nor your inner circle recall subscribing, and if you believe your payment provider account has been used fraudulently, it is crucial that you notify your payment provider so that they can begin an investigation into the matter. Your payment provider has a detailed policy for investigating fraudulent account use; whereas ProOnGo does not have access to the necessary information to conduct such an investigation ourselves.Apply for a Refund
