Easy Mileage Tracking
Our Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone versions not only help you track mileage, they make it easier than you ever imagined. When you create mileage expenses in ProOnGo Expense, they:
- Automatically Detect Start Location: the app automatically detects the nearest street address. No cryptic latitudes or longitudes; we detect real street addresses like "10 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL".
- Automatically Detect Ending Location: when you get to your destination, open the same mileage expense you started with, and it will detect your ending location (again - it will give you a real street address)
- Automatically Detect Distance: After the start and end locations are in the expense, ProOnGo will automatically compute the distance between the two addresses.
- Compute Reimbursable Amount: Getting reimbursed (say, at $0.55/mile)? ProOnGo Expense will automatically calculate the reimburseable amount, based on the distance travelled.
